Welcome to the first publication of our featured articles! In this publication, we will be introducing the first of our conference themes - M&A. Featured in this three-parts issue is an article that discusses M&A trends in China, as well as a case study on the challenges facing one of the largest M&A deals this year in the healthcare industry. Last but not least, our interview with Wenbin, an investment banking analyst at Nomura who is specialising in the healthcare industry, aims to shed light on the job scope of an investment banking analyst.
