Sheena is the Head of Early Careers for Asia Pacific at BNY. She is responsible for overseeing the execution of BNY's Early Careers strategic agenda in Asia Pacific, including the design and delivery of end-to-end campus engagement, recruitment, and employer branding strategy. Her responsibilities also include driving the early career talent strategy, integrating it into the overall business growth strategy, and land key human capital plans in strategic regions.

Prior to BNY, Sheena worked at Tiktok in a business partnering capacity, formulating strategies around organizational design, talent management, learning and development and talent retention. Sheena also worked in Unilever holding various roles, partnering on several important initiatives, such as Unilever's first Experienced Future Leaders Program, to drive a collaborative, diverse and inclusive purpose-driven culture.

Sheena holds a bachelor's degree majoring in Political Science from Singapore Management University. She is based in Singapore and in her free time, she enjoys a good game of mahjong!
